Electrostatic spray disinfecting is the process of spraying an electrostatically charged mist onto surfaces and objects. It works on the entirety of all surfaces and takes 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the disinfectant used. About the Solution

Electrostatic spraying works by breaking disinfecting agents down into droplets, then adding an electric charge. Regular trigger-spritzer bottles and foggers tend to miss areas or cover them unevenly. Electrostatic spraying evenly distributes cleaning agents around and across surfaces, from the main field to more difficult-to-reach sections.

The disinfectant solution is a combination of water and compressed air which passes through the charging electrode. The charged solution ejects from the nozzle in the form of spray droplets. The negative charge impinged into the droplet enables it to cover the complex and hidden surfaces uniformly.

Facilities that have consistently high levels of traffic in large spaces are susceptible to fast-spreading viruses. Traditional cleaning methods are not nearly as effective — it would be incredibly tedious to make sure every crevice is clean.

How does it Work?

Electrostatic spray disinfectant uses a specialized solution.

It is combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer.

The spray contains charged particles that can aggressively adhere to all surfaces and objects.

Due to this, they cling to all the surfaces aimed. The charge attracts the droplets to the surface.

So that if you are spraying down a railing, the droplets will adhere to the underside of the rail.

Uniform and Fine Spray Droplets

Electrostatic Disinfectant Spraying Machine produces uniform and fine spray droplets of disinfection material in the range of 10-20 μm. Due to the small size of droplets, the surface area of spray droplets increases and enhances the interaction with harmful microorganisms.

Coronavirus avg size is 80 nm which is 0.08 micron. For surface disinfection- the smaller the disinfectant droplet size, the better results. ENCEE Spray is the only sprayer that produces droplets as low as 10 microns, whereas conventional sprays have droplet sizes of 50-500 microns.

Device Details

ENCEE Chlor consists of four units; the electrolyzer is the generator. The rectifier is a power pack. Apart from this, there’s a dosing tank and a dosing pump.
