The company secured an unprecedented ₹700 crore ($85 million) order from the Government of Maharashtra for EC plants across 17,500 villages, the largest water equipment order in India. Simultaneously, a Series B funding round of €7.5 million is underway, backed by W2AF, the world’s first water-focused fund from France, managed by Incofin Belgium, further fueling our mission to revolutionize water treatment.
Recently, we have been selected for investment by the Water Access Acceleration Fund (W2AF). Based in France, W2AF is the world’s first water-focused fund, managed by Incofin Investment Management in Belgium. The fund boasts of an impressive roster of Limited Partners including Danone, US-DFC, Norfund, IFU, BNP Paribas, and Aqua4All.
Our association with W2AF marks an important milestone as Rite Water Solutions became their first global investment. This support will enable us to scale up our drinking water and climate tech solutions beyond India, particularly in African regions where access to clean drinking water remains a challenge.

Abhijeet brings to the company a professional management experience owing to his past stints with Colgate Palmolive and Accenture Business consulting. He has strong operational and project management skills and is able to control, direct, motivate and support multidiscipline workforces at all levels.
Abhijeet has completed his engineering in Computer science from BITS Pilani and MBA in Marketing from SPJain, Mumbai. He is an active member of the Indian Water Works Association.

Geert Peetermans co-founded Incofin in 2001 with Loïc De Cannière and has been involved in all phases of building Incofin’s platform since its founding. As Chief Investment Officer, he has led Incofin’s investment teams for the past 20 years. He is a member of Incofin’s Management Board since 2009. From 2022, as Co-CEO, Geert takes on specific end-responsibilities over the legal, compliance and communication matters of the firm, in addition to a continued role with the private equity portfolio. He chairs the investment committees of several of Incofin’s funds.

He is a team player and believe in networking and making things happen within timeline and budgets.
Akshay is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has the management skill to handle the team of accounts and finance. He has contributed to improving the strategic and operational business process and steered the internal control structure of the company.
With a decade of experience in Project Execution, Project Coordination, and Liaising within Rajasthan, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma has an impressive track record. He has successfully steered numerous multi-crore projects to completion in Rajasthan, demonstrating his exceptional leadership skills.Â

Dr. Arup K. SenGupta has been a Chemical and Environmental Engineering Professor at Lehigh University USA for over 25 years. He has advanced and expanded the field of ion exchange and separation science technology and under his non-profit, the Tagore-SenGupta Foundation, he has led the installation of 200+ community-operated arsenic treatment systems across Southeast Asia that today provides safe water to over 200,000 people.
He has received many U.S. and international awards and honors, delivered several invited and/or keynote and plenary lectures in both the U. S. and overseas, and is a highly cited scholar with over 75 publications and 9 patents.”
Mr. Vinay Deodhar has been working in the fields of sustainable development, clean energy, climate change, carbon finance for over thirty years and have managed intricate and challenging projects and programs of bilateral and multilateral development and financing agencies.
He is currently working as Director of Clean Tech Solutions working on CDM Advisory projects for Asian Development Bank and UNFCC. In past he has worked in consulting and finance roles with ICICI Bank, CRISIL and Louis Berger. Vinay is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Mumbai and MBA from Mumbai University.
Mr. Vishwas Pathak has more than 22 years of experience in the fields of management and corporate sector. A Masters of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and Company Secretary by qualification, he is a Member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and practicing as Advocate, High Court, Bombay.
He has worked for various corporates. His core strength lies in his ability to identify opportunities and to structure and manage transaction execution – end to end. During his career, he has successfully handled FDI, IPOs, ECB, FCCB, Amalgamations, Merger and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, ESOP, ISO 9002, Risk Management, Company Secretarial and other Legal and Management issues. He has been on the Boards of various listed and un-listed Companies.
Mike German was a 2013 Fulbright-Nehru Fellow to India where his research was titled “Empowering Women to Transform a Water Crisis into Water Business in the Indian Sub-Continent. Currently pursuing his PhD in Environmental Engineering under Professor SenGupta, he has helped develop the resin technology within the SenGupta Research Lab.
Mike’s findings in discovering social business models to tackle the arsenic and fluoride water crisis has been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Mike holds a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Maryland – Baltimore County.
